The loser of Ukraine's presidential election said Tuesday he would file massive complaints in court challenging the win by Western-leaning Viktor Yushchenko, a move that could prolong the political tensions that have dominated the presidential election. In an effort to assuage fears that further political fragmentation could lead to civil war, Yanukovych went on to assure his countrymen that he would abide by the decision of the Supreme Court, adding "Worst case scenario, we kill the judges".
